Refund Policy

App Store and Google Play purchases

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple and Google according to their store policies. You can cancel anytime in your subscription settings to stop future renewals.

Web purchases through Stripe

For web purchases processed through Stripe, contact support@myglucoguide.com within 14 days of a charge for a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancellation

Canceling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under the applicable store, platform, or Stripe policy.
